Position: Field Superintendent
Reports to: Performance Services Manager

Summary:
Functions as the primary contact for APM Speciality Services on project site. Superintendent is responsible for the direction of day-to-day operations of all craft assigned to the project under the hire of Speciality Services. Responsible for coordinating with entire site management team to achieve successful completion of the project. Superintendent is responsible to implement all Speciality Services programs and policies as well as adhere to all site requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the duties and responsibilities listed below:

• Working knowledge of various mechanical systems and equipment.
• OSHA trained 10-hour
• Well versed in all union craft labor agreements.
• Fulfill all pre job requirements, both craft labor and customer.
• Assign all work assignments to proper craft.
• Direct and coordinate daily activities of all craft labor on the project.
• Responsible to achieve and maintain optimal craft labor productivity.
• Interface with all levels of the project management team.
• Has direct input with project management team regarding schedule, planning critical path and emergent work.
• Provide project updates, status, issues and/or concerns to APM Speciality Services performance service manager.
• Responsible for site administrative functions to meet the needs and requirements of APM Speciality Services and customer.
• Responsible for resolution of any craft labor disputes.
• Responsible to implement APM Speciality Services site safety program.
• Interface with APM Speciality Services personnel.
• Adhere to customer / plant rules and regulations.
• Possesses a minimum of high school diploma and solid field experience in excess of five years.
• Has working knowledge of computers.
