Position: Site Expediter
Reports to:  Performance Services Manager

Summary:
Site expediter is responsible for inventory control, parts sourcing and distribution of parts to meet the needs of the project. Interface with customer, field personnel, vendors, and APM Speciality Services management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

This position requires that the individual is able to perform each of the duties and responsibilities listed below:

• Determine on site inventory by whatever site system necessary.

• Assess outside part needs not supplied in OEM package.

• Locate and interface with parts vendors to meet project needs.

• Track order, receive and place parts into inventory.

• Distribution of parts to project; coordinating with craft supervision.

• Track part costs for project including proper allocation of these costs to correct accounts, etc.

• Continually manage on site purchasing tools including company issued purchasing cards.

• Responsible for site administrative functions to meet the needs and requirements of APM Speciality Services.

• Provide project updates, status, issues and/or concerns to APM Speciality Services.

• Interface with customer, field personnel, vendors and APM Speciality Services.

• Adhere to customer/plant rules and regulations.

• Working knowledge of computers and various software.

• Possesses a minimum of a high school diploma and at least five years of construction experience.
